• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
• Create fake profiles or impersonate others.
• Post sexually explicit or illegal content.

2. VIP Subscriptions

VIP access grants additional features such as unlimited swipes and priority messaging. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and can be canceled at any time through your app store settings.

3. Liability Disclaimer

RaceDating is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform. You are encouraged to use wisdom and caution when meeting new people.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to ban any account that violates our terms of service without prior notice or refund.
